Ready, Set, Freight! was born from a simple observation: America's manufacturing and freight industries are filled with passionate professionals who want to share their knowledge, but young people looking to enter these fields often don't know where to start or whom to ask. (Also, we thought "Ready, Set, Freight!" was a really clever pun and we had to use it somewhere! 🚚)
We're building a bridge between these two groups – creating a community where industry veterans can mentor the next generation, where students can learn about real career opportunities, and where everyone can contribute to keeping America's supply chains strong and innovative. (Think of it as LinkedIn, but with more hard hats and fewer motivational quotes! 👷♂️)
